I'm going to share my avocado hair mask
which has a lot of benefits and which
I'll be sharing in a moment so for this
first and the main ingredient is avocado
avocado are high in vitamins B and E
which helps to protect and strengthen
hair and it also stimulates hair growth
as well as prevents hair loss it can be
used as a natural moisturizer and a hair
conditioner and will leave your hair
soft and silky our next ingredient is
honey and make sure that you get pure
organic honey
now honey is a natural antioxidant and
hence makes your scalp healthy and
stimulates healthy it also locks in
moisture from the scalp and we'll keep
the dandruff ever the next ingredient is
extra-virgin olive oil it improves blood
circulation and hence promotes hair
growth making your hair shinier and
softer it fights against Randolph and
will also smooth down split ends
samy frizz and flyaways next ingredient
is milk it conditions your hair treats
dry and rough hair cleanses your scalp
and promotes healthy hair and
it also nourishes strengthens and
softens your hair our last and final
ingredient is lavender essential oil now
this is optional but definitely use it
if you have it because it is extremely
effective in treating hair loss it can
help you get rid of dry itchy scalp and
dandruff it helps to get rid of lice
lice eggs or nits because it is a very
powerful antiseptic now we need a bowel
and tablespoon and a blender to blend in
all the ingredients now let's get
started
first cut the avocado into two halves
now remove the seed scoop out the flesh
of the avocado it will come off very
easily like this
add in 3 tablespoons of Lube
one tablespoon of olive oil
one tablespoon honey
and 5 to 10 drops of lavender essential
oil
now let's blend it all together to get a
perfect smooth ever ghetto hair mask
let's transfer it into a bow so now it's
time to apply the mask take a wide tooth
comb and brush your hair to make sure
there are no tangles and also very
t-shirt that you don't care much because
this is going to be really messy apply
the hair mask section by section start
from scalp and then work it down to the
ends of your hair you don't let us
suddenly have to use a brush to apply
you can even apply it with your hand
Here I am using a brush because I have
one and it's convenient as well you can
also point your hair in between to make
sure that the mask is evenly distributed
now section your hair and apply it like
this and you can simply wrap it up like
this you won't need any clip to secure
it because it will stay
if you have leftover bag then simply
apply it all over your hair
and now after it's done you can cover it
with a shower cap this hair mask is very
effective you can do this twice a week

cup that is 79 ml of castor oil
